Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to your use of happyyame.com and to every order placed with Happy Yame. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Warranty and Privacy Policy.

1. Our products

We sell personalized acrylic ornaments that are made to order by our partner print studios. Product photos show sample personalization; your ornament will carry the names you type on the product page and, for photo designs, the photo you email to us with your order number. Colors on your screen may look slightly different from the printed piece, and small variations in print placement are normal for made-to-order items.

2. Placing an order

  • You are responsible for checking that the names and dates are correct before you pay, and that any photo you email is the one you want printed. We print what you send.
  • An order is accepted when you receive our confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if the personalization breaks the rules in section 4, if the item is unavailable, or if a payment looks fraudulent.
  • You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to place an order.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include the price of personalization. US shipping: Free; international shipping charges, where they apply, appear at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay. If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel for a full refund.

4. Your personalization content

By submitting text or photos, you confirm that you have the right to use them and that they do not infringe anyone else’s copyright, trademark or privacy. We do not print content that uses logos, characters or artwork owned by other companies without permission, or content that is hateful, harassing or unlawful. You keep ownership of your content and give us permission to use it only to produce and deliver your order and to handle any support request about it.

5. Production, shipping and delivery

Production takes 2–4 business days. US transit takes 5–8 business days after dispatch. The order cutoff is 5:00 PM ET on business days. Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and are not fixed dates. Full details are in the Shipping Policy.

6. Cancellations, returns and warranty

Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours; after that, a 15% cancellation fee applies until the order ships. Personalized ornaments cannot be returned for a change of mind. Print defects, transit damage or a wrong item must be reported within 7 days of delivery for a reprint or refund. Manufacturing defects are covered by a 1 year warranty. 7. Intended use

Our ornaments are decorations, not toys. Keep them out of reach of young children and pets, and away from open flames and heat sources.

8. Website content

Text, designs, graphics and photos on this site belong to Happy Yame or are used with permission. See our Copyright page for details and our DMCA page to report a concern.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
