Happy Yame is an online shop for personalized acrylic ornaments: family name ornaments, pet ornaments, baby’s first Christmas keepsakes and memorial pieces. Every ornament carries the names, dates or photo you give us, and every one is made after you order it.
Who we are
We are a small team based in Vietnam. We run the store at happyyame.com, prepare each customer’s personalization for print, check orders before they go into production, and answer every support email ourselves.
Why this shop exists
A tree ornament is one of the few things a family takes out of a box every year and looks at closely. When it has a child’s name on it, or the name of a dog who has passed, or the year two people got married, it stops being decoration and becomes a small record of who was there. Happy Yame focuses on that one product so we can do it carefully.
Our mission
Our mission is simple: an ornament that arrives with the spelling right, the print sharp and the acrylic intact, so it can go on the tree the same day and come back out for many seasons after. We would rather offer a short list of designs done well than a huge catalog done quickly.
How the business works
- Made to order. We do not keep shelves of finished ornaments. Your piece is produced once your order and personalization are confirmed.
- Production time: 2–4 business days.
- Delivery time in the US: 5–8 business days after dispatch. US shipping: Free.
- International orders: International shipping is available; cost and delivery time vary by destination.
Who makes the ornaments
Production is handled by our production partners: partner print studios that cut and UV-print acrylic ornaments to order. We send each studio the finished artwork for your order, and the studio cuts the acrylic, prints it and packs it for shipping. Our team stays your single point of contact from checkout to delivery.
Material
Our ornaments are made of acrylic, a light, shatter-resistant clear plastic that holds UV-printed color well. Care tips are on our FAQ page.
