Shipping Policy
Every Happy Yame ornament is made to order, so delivery happens in two steps: production, then transit. Both are listed below so you can plan around holiday dates.
Production time
Production takes 2–4 business days from the moment your order and personalization are confirmed. During this time our partner print studio cuts the acrylic, prints your design and packs the ornament.
Orders placed before 5:00 PM ET on a business day count that day as day one of production. Orders placed after that time, or on a weekend or holiday, start on the next business day.Delivery time

Total delivery time is production plus transit. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include public holidays.
International orders
International shipping is available; cost and delivery time vary by destination. The exact shipping charge for your country appears at checkout before you pay. Import duties or taxes charged by the destination country, if any, are the buyer’s responsibility.
Tracking
When your ornament ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also check the status of your order at any time on our Track Order page.
Address accuracy
Please double-check the shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 24 hours of ordering and we will update it. Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, we cannot redirect it.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your ornament arrives broken, or tracking shows delivered but nothing came, email us within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and photos where possible. We will reprint and reship the ornament or refund it. Details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
Gift orders
You can ship directly to the person receiving the ornament: just enter their address as the shipping address at checkout.
