When we reply
Support hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (GMT+7). Emails that arrive on weekends or after hours are answered when the team is back on the next business day.
What to include
- Your order number, found in the confirmation email.
- The email address you used at checkout.
- For a name or date change: the corrected text exactly as it should be printed.
- For a cracked, scratched or misprinted ornament: a photo of the ornament and a photo of the package it came in.
Urgent changes and cancellations
For the first 24 hours after you order, you can cancel or edit the personalization at no charge. Start the subject line with “Edit” or “Cancel” plus your order number so we see it right away. After that, a cancellation carries a 15% fee because production may already be underway.
