Customization Guide

Every Happy Yame ornament is personalized before it is made. This guide covers how to fill in your details so the finished acrylic ornament looks the way you pictured it.

What you can personalize

• Family ornaments: the names of each family member, and often a family surname or year.
• Pet ornaments: your pet’s name and, on photo designs, a picture of your pet.
• Baby’s first Christmas: the baby’s name, birth date or the year of their first holiday.
• Memorial ornaments: a name and dates for the person or pet being remembered.

Names, dates and the year go in the “Names and year to print” box on each product page. Photos are sent separately by email, as explained below.

Entering text

• Type names exactly as they should appear, including capital letters, accents and punctuation.
• Write dates in the format you want printed, for example “Dec 2026” or “12.24.2026”.
• Keep names short where you can. Long names are printed smaller so they fit the shape.
• Read everything once more before checkout. We print the text exactly as you enter it.

Sending your photo

Our product pages do not have a photo upload. If your design includes a photo, complete your order first, then email the picture to help@happyyame.com with your order number in the subject line. Your production time starts once we have the photo and your details are confirmed.

• Attach the original photo from your phone or camera rather than a screenshot or a picture sent through a messaging app, which often lowers the quality.
• Pick a photo taken in good light, with the face in sharp focus.
• For pet designs, a photo where your pet faces the camera works best.
• Make sure you have the right to use the photo. See our Copyright page.

Changing your details after ordering

You can edit names, dates or photos free of charge within 24 hours of placing the order. Email help@happyyame.com with your order number and the corrected details. After that window, your ornament may already be in production and changes may not be possible.

What we cannot print

We do not print logos, characters or artwork owned by other companies without permission, or text that is hateful or offensive. If an order includes content like this, we will contact you before production.

After personalization

Once your details are confirmed, production takes 2–4 business days, followed by 5–8 business days of transit within the US. See the Shipping Policy for costs and cutoff times.
